I get home last night, (after a gruelling 45 mph ride home, and see the snow at our place. Sad little flowers.... that we were just watering a couple of days ago. What the??
It is melting, thank goodness, but it was weird last night to step up and over about 12" of snow in front of our door. Goodbye fall, and hello winter, I guess.

sad.
It is FREEZING! The snow was a little depressing. I just hope it doesn't last forever again.
Snow in October? It happens, but usually not until later. It's Idaho, what can we say? It is always sad to see the flowers after a really nasty freeze and storm though. Geri's right. It is sad.
I didn't even get to see the snow... (I was just a little sick!) so I'm glad you have photo proof!! I hope it goes away until like Dec.23... then it can dump for a day, so we can have a white Christmas!!
I guess I wont say how nice our 80° weather has been for the past week. Okay, maybe I will say it. It will get here too, someday soon, although, not too soon for Mitch. He LOVES winter.
Hopefully it was just a sneak peak and not the beginning of winter!! Tell me again, why does fall only last a few days in Idaho? It is such a beautiful time!
