I was having a cold day at work today, but it was a good day.
Then, this awful lady called and ruined my good day. She was mean on the phone and I hope that none of my kids ever become related to her. It was all because we started a sale that would have saved her $10.00 today, and she bought her item yesterday. Was all of that worth $10.00, I ask? Not to me. I told her to come in and we would give her a refund. She said, no, she wanted to return it and just go someplace else. I really wanted to ask her where she would be going, so I could call and warn them. But, oh well.
Anyway, I hope I never make another person feel like that.

Yikes, what a meany.
Well, at least all your kids are married so you shouldn't accidentally become related to her. That's one good thing.
I am glad I didn't answer that phone call! But with my luck, she'll come through my line tomorrow to return the dang clock!
I just hope that none of my grandkids marry her grandkids. I'm thinking way down the line.
Wow, she really must have bugged.
you never would make a person feel like that. i swear some people just walk around with a chip on their shoulder and live moment to moment to make someone else's day like she did yours.
also- if you are really bugged you could put her name on those little give-a-way boxes for Golds Gym or annoying places that call all the time.
You should have told her, "Hey, sales happen." Why didn't she just take the nicer way and ask if she could get the discount since she bought it only one day before the sale? I'll bet you would have let her.
It is probably just that her heart is "three sizes too small". It seems that there is always a few Grinch's out there. That makes me sad thinking anyone could be mean to you! Hey, if you get a chance, could you email me your new address for Christmas cards? mossmack08@hotmail.com
