December Is Here

Such a busy, yet exciting time of year. I am just getting going on my Christmas shopping, (for the grandkids right now) and it is so fun to think about each little person and what they might like.
Okay, actually, this is hard. I have no idea what kids want these days and I need help. I am struggling here and I consider myself a good shopper. I feel bad for people that don't even like to shop. I think I've done okay, but here's hoping they don't think I'm the most boring, weird Grandma ever. I am kind of boring and quite weird, so sorry kiddies.
Also, I hope I'm not the last one to get our tree up. It seems like everybody has their tree up all ready. It is December 3rd, I guess.

Having Thanksgiving so late sure made the decorating season seem too short didn't it!?!
Hmmm gifts... wish I could help you out there BUT I am struggling in that department myself this year! So I am hoping someone gives you a few ideas that I can steal!

I agree. Only four weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas is too short for the beautiful decor.
FYI - my kids have never called you the 'weird' grandma. However, they have called you the 'crazy' grandma. In a loving, good way, of course.

Just remember that as long as you have kitties or even cats...my boys will never think you are a weird grandma. I am sure your gifts will be just right!

You'll get it done and get it done right. You always do. No worries.

I know that Carter and Rook would love to have a puppy or a couple of cats.

Funny that you bring that up...they just told that story at Thanksgiving. Still makes me laugh till I pee.
