For Your Information

Last summer when Geri and Jason left for California, they left a few things from their freezer for us.  I decided to cook one of the items today for dinner.  If you get the chance to purchase this, don't do it.  Mom and I tried our hardest not to waste these veggies, and we couldn't do it.  They are sick and wrong.  Avoid at all cost.
(no offense intended, Geri and Jason.  The picture makes them look real good)

Haaaa! Why'd ya think we didn't eat them right up when we had a chance?? Glad you and Gram were trying real hard to be healthy and stuff though. :)

That jam and frozen corn was real good though. Go ahead and munch on those....

Wow, they must be bad if you two both tried and couldn't manage not wasting them. Too bad. I hope it didn't ruin your Sunday dinner.

I have a hard time with frozen mixed veggies. Sometimes I pick some up thinking how handy for my stir-fry or soup....then I eat. gag
Glad you tried though.

Picky Picky! Just kidding. Not sure this is true or not but Lane and I were watching the food network one time and they said that in a lot of cases frozen veggies have more nutrients because they are frozen fresh and it locks it in rather then it sitting in your fridge for a few days to a week cuz it loses some of the nutrients. Not sure if it is true... but if so, you are missing out!
