While there, we experienced a lot of pretty harsh weather. We are not pansies, being true Idahoans, but those ice storm things are pretty severe...and the tornado warnings. Anyway got home safe and sound, only to experience lost luggage.
We were told that they didn't show our luggage arriving in Detroit, so maybe it was still in Columbus? I thought, okay, they'll deliver it early the next morning. Not to be. We went that whole next day, no luggage. We went to the airport again, shoulder shrugs. It's just kind of hard to get ready for the day without the makeup you're used to, but most of all...the hair stuff. That 1" X 3" flat iron just didn't cut it.
The next day, I decided to at least go and get some decent eye shadow and liner. Then....8pm on the third day, it arrived. Yea. I had even made a list (and it was long too) of everything inside the bag. Everytime I went to get something, it was, "oh ya, it's in the suitcase". But, all is well, and because of it, I have discovered a new and very favorite toothpaste. I'm not kidding, this is good stuff!
I'm off to work to see if the repair guy fixed our fireplace. Now that was a strange noise. I was sure glad we called "first call Jewel". They showed up in no time. Now, just need to see if the fan really is working. I wasn't really sure yesterday.

A great get-away for you guys. And memories of storms, tornadoes, and lost luggage to tell the grand kids!

2. I wanna see a little house enveloped in woods and happy neighbors with ponds and pools
3. my teeth feel like they would like to try out that new toothpaste.....or any toothpaste
For some reason I kind of want to go out and buy toothpaste now. Everyone is watching Psych. They wouldn't even know I'm gone.
Your visit was totally gnarly.
