We've Been Trippin' to Ohio

Todd playing ball in Zanesfield. He plays short stop, 2nd base & pitch. He is really good at baseball and helps Mitch and Justin learn, too. Todd is a really good at chattering, too. I'm not sure what that is called for sure, but he does it good! All the boys look up to Todd, even though he is the youngest on the team.

This picture is of Mitch. He plays 1st baseman on his ball team, and does a really good job. He makes most of the outs. Mitch also hits the ball really good and can throw really far. (We thought he was the best one on the team) He took some really good pictures of himself on my cellphone, but I don't know how to get them off of there yet. This is Justin. He likes to pull this face for most pictures. I'm not sure who taught him this trick, but I'm thinking maybe Layne. . . . . not sure, though. (By the way, Cassie will have to get a pic of Layne posted. Somehow, I missed him. Sorry Layne.)
Josie & Justin. . . Justin plays really hard. Believe it or not, he plays baseball really good, too. Most times his best friend is Mitch.

Josie in the kitchen. . . . She made us the best whole wheat snickerdoodles. They were gone in one day! She also made us a yummy blue berry dessert. Josie is a good cook, and she works hard, too. She works at a local "U Pick" farm. Right now they are picking strawberries. She gets up at 6:30 to go to work. I really wanted to go with her one day, but I never did wake up that early. . . Sorry Josie, but I was just too tired. Isn't she cute, tall and grown up??

Todd & Josie playing miniature golf.

Cassie giving us her "I'm done" look. She worked hard all week making sure we were taken care of, along with taking care of her family and going to lots of ball games. Jay especially liked his carmel corn on Monday night after the ball games!

Jay & I with Justin, Todd, Josie & Todd after eating our lunch at Young's Dairy. We had fun that day. (You may not be able to tell by Jay's face, but he had fun, too!) Todd & Josie showed us how we can record our voices on our cell phones, and lots of other tricks too. They are smart about that stuff, and are waiting until their parents will buy them their own phones. Not sure that will be anytime soon, though. Good luck, kids. We had a fun time, and hated to leave the kids there, since all of our kids here would have loved to see them, too.

Looks like you guys had a good time and you are right, Josie is a young lady now! I am sad we didn't get to see them. BUT, I sure am glad they will be here this Winter!

We had such a fun time with you guys. Loved the recap on your visit (except for the awesome pic of me). The kids are going to love seeing/reading it. We should be thanking you for coming and playing and everything else. LOVE YOU LOTS! If the plans go right, we'll see you all soon!

Carter is a little confused about all the fun...and he wasn't there! It looks like you and all the kids had a great time. I wish we could have been there too. Also, I think Cassie's hair looks way cute in her photo.

Way to go, Lucy! I especially love that you've got at picture of Cassie along with everyone else. I'm sure Layne will forgive you, seeing how he gets on Cassie's blog all the time. I think you all need to come visit more often, don't you?
