June 2nd
It's June 2nd and we have been married for 37 years today. After a day at work for both of us, we decided to go to Stockman's over on County Line Road to celebrate. We had a nice dinner and I decided to try their "sweet potatoe fries" with my dinner. Tasty little things....coated with cinnamon sugar and honey butter to dip them in. Kind of like having dessert right along with your meal.
Anyway, yea for me and Jay! We still like each other a lot.

I just noticed on the community calendar this evening, that it was your anniversary!!! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! (Even if you don't live here anymore, you're still a part of this community!) We miss you guys! (Even though we did just see you for a split second at the cemetary...we miss our neighbors.) Glad you had a fun evening, and I'm glad you still like each other a lot!!

I can't believe it. Well, maybe I can. I sat down to pay bills this morning and when I saw the date 6/3/10 (haven't paid attention to the date lately) I about died. I even spoke to you last night and didn't realize what day it was!

Wow, isn't it weird to think about how long we've been married? Especially when you remember what you used to think about people who'd been married that long! Congrats..
